--Clear labeling of what goes inside container.
--Enough containers in convenient locations with timely pick-up.
Bad Practices
--Open containers allowing trash to escape, and inviting wildlife.
--Unclear or non-existant labeling on or around containers.
--Poor waste container siting or infrequent waste pick-up.
